Everything seemed fine and was planning on preparing a revenue plan for tomorrow presentation till I realized I couldnt find my cell in the room.
I called it using my flatmates cell.
But the problem now is I neither could call my nor Rajvinder cell because flatmates battery is not working.
I was coming from a startup weekend event at my college
booked a Meru cab at around 1:10 am and reached my flat at about 2.
Everything seemed fine and was planning on preparing a revenue plan for tomorrow presentation till I realized I couldn’t find my cell in the room.
I called it using my flatmate’s cell.
Heard the voice of the chauffeur Ravinder Singh, told me that he has my cell with him.
I asked him where you are right now he told me the location which I have no clue of, was replacing the car’s tyre there
We agreed on a familiar place near to the NH8 from where he has to go again to Delhi. Took my bike, flatmates cell
and reached the spot,
but the problem now is I neither could call my nor Rajvinder cell because flatmate’s battery is not working.
I was really scared cars were going to and fro, and I needed someone’s help to make a call.
finally, I saw a person who was coming towards me, asked him for the same
call Rajvinder he gave me the location exactly where he is
When I reached there, he gave me the cell and was very happy and relieved to see me. He has been waiting for some time because he wasn’t able to reach flatmate’s cell
I thanked him to every bit because I really needed my cell urgently as I am to go to a trip tomorrow and exchange conversation for tomorrow’s presentation with my friends and teammates for the event and couldn’t wait for the process of the forgotten item of Meru.
Tried to give him money, he refused point blank with a big smile.
He: Nai Vaibhav ji mereko paise nahi chahiye , apko ye karne ki zaroorat nahi
Me: Zarrorat nahi bhaiya, aapko itni raat meri wajah se wait karna pada
He said again with a big smile
He: Aap bas merucab.com site me iske bare me daal dena
appreciation mil jayega, aur saath me wallet chut gya tha ye bhi daal dena.🙂
I gave a broad smile and said
I will definitely do it, aapko kitne saal ho gye kaam karte hue meru me.
He said : 3 saal
I felt sorry for my stupidity and forget fullness and guilt for the fact he has to wait so long even when he was already late to reach his home.
I once again realized that money doesn’t relate to happiness, still his wide and a sincere smile and the fact he only wanted appreciation to keep flashing in my mind while I am writing this 🙂
